This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases of curlyCue.
1. Refund windows
Refund requests are eligible within the following windows:
- Perpetual license: within 14 days of purchase.
- Subscriptions: within 24 hours of the initial charge or a renewal charge.
2. Outside the refund windows
Outside the windows above, refunds are not guaranteed. We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis (for example, duplicate charges or billing errors).
3. How to request a refund
Email support@curlycue.app with:
- the email used at checkout (or your receipt),
- your order/transaction ID (if available),
- which product you purchased (perpetual license or subscription), and
- the date/time of the charge.
If your request is within the applicable refund window, we’ll confirm and proceed. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
4. Subscriptions & cancellations
You can cancel a subscription to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund prior charges.
5. Payment processing
Payments for curlyCue are processed by Paddle (our payment processor). Refunds, if approved, are processed via Paddle.
6. Discontinuation
If curlyCue is discontinued or becomes unavailable/defunct, we do not guarantee refunds solely because the app stops working. Any refunds are limited to the refund windows above (and any exceptions we choose to make), subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
