Common issues
“Sign in with Google” or “Browse Sheets” does nothing
- Confirm your Mac has a default browser configured and you can open normal web links.
- If you changed permissions recently, sign out in curlyCue and sign in again.
- If your Google account is managed (Google Workspace), your admin may restrict third‑party OAuth access.
“Browse Sheets” shows an error
- Confirm you’re signed in under Settings → Google Sheets Settings.
- If you recently changed Google OAuth permissions, sign out and sign in again.
- If the error mentions the Drive API being disabled/not enabled, wait a minute and try again.
- If you are using your own OAuth client, ensure the Google Drive API is enabled for that project.
No sheets found
- Make sure the Google account you’re signed into has access to the spreadsheet.
- Try typing part of the spreadsheet name into the search box.
Sending logs to support
- If support asks for logs, attach
curlycue.log. - If you use the default curlyCue project folder, logs are typically alongside your project files under
~/Documents/curlyCue/.
QLab connection problems
- Confirm QLab OSC is enabled and reachable from your Mac.
- Verify workspace ID and any OSC passcode settings.
